About: The Millsaps Art Department is set within the context of a strong liberal-arts college. A student may concentrate in either studio art (beginning to advanced courses in drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, and sculpture, with additional special topics including watercolor, digital arts, bookmaking) or art history (Ancient/Medieval, Italian Renaissance, Northern Renaissance, Baroque, 18th-19th Century, Modern, Women Artists, Topics in World Art, Images of Women in Art and Literature).
